why are you doing partial reps? How bout you drop the weight and then actually squat butt to heels. get those hamstrings touching your calves....then post a video.

Hey man,
i love the fact you guys are squatting, but you got to do the exercise properly, who cares about the weight when you are at least 12 inches over 90 degrees. Top thigh parallel is the proper technique. lower the weight, get your form on track, and then get the most out of the exercise.... you have to have full range of motion.
