the change from strongman and bodybuilding workouts, to Metabolic workouts, and body weight exercises has him looking scary.

I don't understand people who think any training worth a crap has to be done on a platform.  In my opinion there is NOTHING wrong with doing HIT on machines.  Amazing athletes are amazing because of their dedication to training (along with incredible God given talents) not because of specific training methods.

Wasnt as bad as i expected..Ive seen a show or videos of him in his own gym doing mostly bodybuilding, lots of machines, and goofy many of the MMA guys, doing all kinds of goofy stuff, I dont know where they hire their "strength coaches"...most likely personal trainers who so often now like giving themselves the title of strength coach....but yea this wasnt as bad as I was expecting...


I cant imagine how much better some of the MMA guys would be if they polished up their training...but we also have NFL guys doing HIT with machines, bodybuilding garbage, and purely MMA workouts instead of being in a rack of on a platform...lots of folks are amazing athletes despite their training, not because of it...

With the exception of the weighted chins, the resistance training looked like a waste of time, could be the editing (or training cycle) though
