College of the Canyons Soccer Conditioning

One of our Freaky-Friday-Fitness-Fests...this is a circuit involving, band speed-squats, Ab Wheel, Sled drags, Med Ball chest-pass-burpee combos, Incline DB walking lunges, KB swings and Lumberjack squats.

We completed as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes......then some of us just sat there....for a while = )
