Jumpers Multi's going through a light training session today. The time has come for outdoor competition this weekend and it's time to reap the benefits of the weight room! Todays training was box jumps 4x4, Multi's had push jerks 4x3 @ 60%, everyone had rack clean pulls above the knee @ 80% 3x3, and singles/doubles for back squat at 80% for 3 sets.

No fancy gimmicks, loud music, just coaching cues and focus.
