I agree. Thanks for the input. I probably used a poor choice of words when describing the exercise. We wanted to get a quick video to address a couple of questions we got from athltetes that need alternatives. Due to time constraints, we wanted to show the bare minium. We give our athltetes a Posterior Chain Progression in our manual.

on the single leg glute ham bridge, i think it's better to push against a wall that is perpindicular to the floor. that is if you want to duplicate the sprint.
