I think this was video was posted a few months ago. Sure the athlete has good form but again what is the intent of the exercise?

If it is upper body strength, this exercise does not optimally improve it. If it is core stability, this exercise really doesn't totally improve this either!

Not that I totally dislike the exercise, just think there are much better ways of improving upper body strength and core stability.

Good work, nice form with neutral back. She seems to do it easy - maybe time to go onto one foot only!
