THIS TYPE OF TRAINING WOULD HELP ANY ATHLETE. I WOULD WORK MORE ON EXPLOSIVE TRAINING MYSELF FOR A BETTER UPRIGHT FIGHT GAME. HE'S ALREADY GOT A DAMN GOOD GROUND GAME.

GOOD POINT BELOW MR CARR!! CLAY MATTHEWS DOES MORE THAN JUST MMA TRAINING TO EXCEL AT RUSH END IN THE NFL!!

Kind of funny how the MMA guy is training in the weight room and this NFL guy is training in the ring. Not sure there is any real value of MMA for football players but Frank Mir is getting after it good here.

Yup....you have to lift heavy in quality lifts....Pretty simple but so many seem to think there's a better way which is fine by me :)
