I have never heard the terms isolated and power clean in the same sentence...j/k man. But honestly, thanks for sharing. Doesnt look as though these athletes have a hard time putting on mass. But, the power cleans are not really powerful. They are more geared towards strength and not really explosive. Do you guys dabble in olympic weightlifting at all? The fact that the exercises you showed are compound, and do require midline stability does help with your goals of preventing low back injuries.

Hi Adam, thanks for viewing my video. It was my first video tho. Btw, i only managed to put only 3 exercises on this video. The isolated power clean+shoulder press with DB and hammer curl+shoulder press with DB. And end up with 20km/h - 23km/h for 20 sec x 4sets for speed endurance. The main focus to develop core stability to prevent injury on lowerback during match (scrum and etc) All the athletes are uni rugby union players. Thanks

Pulut, Set this up for us. I like seeing stuff on here but would love to see the why, what and such.
