From the looks of the video/website I saw that you guys are more of a train hard type establishment, which I totally respect. Yes, you are right, I like proper body angles with progressive resistance exercise. I do understand though that in competition you do not always have proper technique as sometimes you have to do what you have to do to win/score/etc...but on the other hand many times this is when injuries happen. So, I train for proper form in training, and when in competition the athlete may use his body to his discression. Thanks for posting and thanks for the response!

The kid is a beast. We teach basic form and then use the exercises. I see Eric that you are a big techniuqe guy and have a good eye for detail. you know in a sport such as wrestling you rely on techniuqe but you are rarely in the perfect position, so we train bodies in all positions. I am a dinosaur and appreciate your input. I am less of a techniuqe guy and more of a 'just do it" guy. The snatch we teach is split style we also teach power clean and split style clean. we would benefit with someone with your eye in our gym.I bet we would have some great Arguments I mean discussions over a cold one. thanks for your input

You should spend a little more time coaching his form on the compound movments. The snatch seemed to be a little advanced for him as there were multiple things wrong with his form. The workout seems ok, but the tire flips and snatches were pushing it with form imperfections...just my opinion.
