Sorry Mike, but I don't really see that. Frankly, I'm more concerned about not being able to pull myself high enough on my final rep. But that's what training's about, right? I'm now doing all of my 1-armed chins with an added 5 lbs. Doesn't sound like much, but it's kicking my ass.

I like your video...now keep in mind I'm a weenie but I think your second to last rep was a hybrid jump/pull up combo.

The smacking sound you hear is me kissing my pulling arm's hand. Basically, if I can't pull myself high enough to kiss myself, the rep doesn't count.
