Speed & Agility Drill With a Shiver Ball at the End

Jack, a rising 9th grade football player who is already considered a standout LB/RB in the Lexington, SC area starts in a 3 point stance, executes a 5 yard take off, decelerates and performs the up back drill through the first row of four 6 inch hurdles. Jack then plants and executes a quick 5 yard acceleration followed by a 2 step lateral run over the next 4 hurdles, uses his inside arm to simply stop the rolling shiver ball, and accelerates to the finish.
