Make sure to move the front foot out a little bit more so the angle is 90 degrees and your knee does not come over your toe. Try to get to parallell. Nice speed coming up. Sometimes players will push off the bench with the elevated foot, so either have someone sit on the bench or make sure they apply all the force on their foot on the ground to avoid injuries.
