Great Video Michelle and great site. I think that is a great exercise to do in the warm up phase of a workout. If I could make a suggestion. Make sure to always have torso control when going from hands to elbows. It is a great exercise for Core stability and Scapulae control. The slower and more controlled you perform the exercise the more efficient and faster they will progress. Also lower the hands to about chest width so your athletes are using more scapulae retraction and stabilization instead of upper trap. It will also demonstrate a more efficient push up.
