These guys are ((GREAT)) at what they do the BEST to play the game. That means that it's getting the JOB done.

I'm not really sure when working with an athlete the caliber of Ray Lewis or Ed Reed you have to do anything ground breaking... get them in shape, prevent injuries and do basic strength training movements with full joint range of motion. As long as they work hard, and feel important, you'll probably keep them as a "client"

I admire the hard work and dedication and mean to take nothing away from there training sessions but I was not impressed

With the exception of the ladder training the rest looks like your traditional strength training/bodybuilding routine. Nothing screaming "prefessional athlete" by any means.
