Resistance/assistance speed training with linear and lateral movements for a club/high school soccer player

This soon to be high school freshman and local club soccer player works the speed resistance/assistance linear/lateral movement drill performing a quick resisted drive start, followed by a 2 to 3 second rep of high knees, then a 3 yard lateral shuffle to his right then kick out to his hands and feet, and return to his feet for a quick shuffle to the far cone on his left, a second kick out to hands and feet, followed by finishing with an angled, assisted, backwards run. After a 5 to 10 second rest he performs the drill again.
