Strength Performance Network

Mark starts from pushup position and works the speed/agility circuit. This video is used to analyze each athlete and a copy is given to each athlete and the visible flaws are an emphasis in the next session. I analyze looking for the quick plant on directional change, form running, staying tight out of the cones as each athlete transitions to a new set of cones.
