STOP Injuring Your Lower Back When Deadlifting

Mike Robertson is one of my go to guys I reach out when I get injured / when an athlete gets injured and I am lost on what to do

In the deadlift and squat, Mike talks in this video why over arching will cause disc compression, this actually happened to me squatting a mere 185 the morning before a Kelly Starret mobility seminar, how convenient, ha ha

Brace the abs AND low back, arch a tad and create torsion in the feet for added tension

A GREAT program for Coaches who want to build athletes who are have minimal injuries or how to help them reduce injuries

This is the pursuit of excellence, get your learn ON!

Do you have a second step beyond the reach that incorporates the same idea or lengthening the back while reaching down and gripping the bar/trap bar?
