Total Football Performance - Leg Strength Training

6 month case study, going through a basic lower body strength training session with Director of Strength & Conditioning Loui Fazakerley. This is his first leg session of the 6 month training program and as you can see, his technique on the lifts needs a bit of work and needs more hip extension on the swiss ball hamstring curls but that is what he has come to us for... to improve and get better!
