Westside Barbell Inverse Curl and Hip & Quad Developer

Two new sister machines from Westside Barbell, the Inverse Curl and the Hip & Quad Developer. At 1:30 is an athlete performing a 61" Box Jump, after a lot of work on these machines, our Plyoswing and of course Reverse Hypers, squatting, etc. All the right stuff for explosive strength.
