What certification would be better for a coach who already has a S&C position. (Meaning doesn't have to get CSCS to get the job). Little about me I currently mostly work with mostly High school athletes, a few college kids when they are back in town and a good amount of older population athletes.

Which of the following would improve coaching the most?

FMS level 1

SFG level 1

Any other suggestions

Looking add one more certification by summer. (Currently NSCA-PT and USAW)

Any input is greatly appreciated thanks!

In my humble opinion, degrees trump certs, go for a Masters or higher level degree.  Also would recommend the CSCS over all!
