The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs. Primary sport responsibilities are Beach Volleyball and Swimming.

85% Assists the head coach in the design and implementation of speed, strength and conditioning programs for Beach Volleyball and Swimming to include, but not limited to teaching and motivating the athletes during all weight training, conditioning and rehab sessions. Assists with the collection and interpretation of all testing data consisting of weight room, speed and GPS data.
10% Aid the Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning in the planning and organization of training for other sports as needed.
5% Other duties as assigned.
