The Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning enables men and women student-athletes to perform to their fullest physical potential in their preferred sport through the development and management of individual and group weight, strength and fitness training programs. The Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning will develop programs by evaluating the current physical condition of student athletes, have knowledge of various sports and associated exercises, tailor strength programs for specific needs, demonstrate proper performance of exercises and correct mistakes. The Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning will also manage programs by monitoring progress and providing an assessment of development. In addition, the Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning will be required to teach related courses.
