Hello,  I have a client that may be interested in purchasing your equipment you have listed for sale.  I would be driving a truck to IA and driving equip to many states away.    My questions are...  1. can I completely disassemble each unit??

      2.  approximately how much do the 3  items weigh?    Do you think that it would all fit into a sprinter van, or would I need a 15 foot cube truck.   thank you!!!

      Good Post Adam

I agree very strongly with your comments and have had great success with the "Slow Cooking " in season progression.  I may do it a little different than most , but it is right on for the athletes. The manipulating of Loads, Volume , % 's are the most important aspect of in season training.
