Assist the Head and Assistant strength coach in program implementation. Work with injured players during practice to maintain cardiovascular stamina without furthering injury. Design specialized programs for injured players and assist in lifting exercises. Travel with the team and assist in pregrame warmup, stretching and position specific drills. Maintenance and upkeep of training facility.
