  That doesn't surprise me. So how are disciplinary issues handled (by head coaches & strength coaches) if and when they occur which I'm sure is rare. Are athletes there treated different as far as being there for 4 years without being called on for deployment or do they ever get called on for deployment?

  Alysson, how are you doing? my name is Greg Hacker. i am in sc. about 4 hrs. from cookeville. what are you doing your GA in? you working with sports teams? i am a teacher coach and own my own speed and explosion company. it is called Pigskin Academy all sports training. have you always been in TN? i would love to end up in nashville area. it is beautiful there and pretty exciting. you go there much? gh

  I'm doing good thanks! My team is not doing as well as hoped--we are 13-14 at the halfway point, but the tough part of our schedule is over. My starting SS and 2b were lost for the year early in the season--big loss. Bright spot--we have doubled our HR output, I believe in large part to the S&C program I implemented in the fall and winter.
  
  So do you have a job lined up after you finish up?

  Yes, I graduated in 1987. I have a degree in HPED, played FB for Don Wade and Gary Darnell. Our original wt room was down stairs and we moved to the existing one in 1983. My S&C coach was Jack Williamson, he lives in Nashville now and coaches at Goodpasture Christian School. He is the reason that I coach today.
