  Hi Ben, I am moving to the Orlando area with my family and would like to work with the strength and conditioning program at UCF in some way.  I have been an GA of strength and conditioning and now have a master's degree and CSCS.  If do not have anything at facility maybe you can help me with some contacts in the strength and conditioning field in the Orlando area.

  Ben, I was not trying to criticize your program, I was just curious as to your motive for the ball busting workout. Congratz on the championship as that is always a huge accomplishment. I have been part of three national championships at Nebraska and trust me there are many ways to skin a cat. Building strength, power is only a part of our requirements as coaches! Teaching them How to Win is a bigger part of the whole picture. Best of luck at the bowl game.
