      Hi Chrissy! I see you are at the University of Memphis. I'm working on Networking and meeting some new Fitness/Strength Coaches in the area. I just moved down here recently from Nebraska. I'm also studying up for my CSCS...I already got the NSCA-CPT so going for the next one!

      Hey! I love nova so far. I work with football, men's lax, and men's lacrosse. I will be head of 3 or 4 teams in the fall, we just haven't divided the teams yet. I saw you went to lindenwood. I was in the running for a GA position there. You can come visit the staff and shadow anytime your in town

    Current Job Description

    I'm a personal trainer and server while in school. I currently run my own business out of a rec center, and work for a local corporate restaurant. I enjoy working one-on-one and w/small groups. I am interested in working with sports teams such as M & W's soccer, football, golf, tennis, cheer/dance in the future. I love football, but am also a fan of basketball. I am a former D1 athlete for tennis, and have experience dancing professionally. I graduated with a second bachelor's degree in Health & Human Performance in Dec. of 2013. I am currently working on a master's degree in Sport Psychology at SIUE and will graduate in May 2016.


    Past Job Experience

    I have worked for both small studios and large commercial gyms as well as on my own. I do a mixture of functional and traditional style of weight training, depending on the client's needs and goals...which can vary from strength coaching to athletic performance to metabolic workouts. I like to use the TRX, Bosu, med balls, battle ropes, anything a little out of the ordinary. I recently got into oly lifting & doing a little Crossfit since Dec. 2013. I am looking to grow my part time job into a full time career upon graduation. I am interested in teaching and management positions as well.
