I don't understand the question? Please elaborate.

      Coach,

Hope all is well, we are buying new equipment here and I was looking at some promaxima benches and glute hams. I think that's what you guys have at OCS. I thought they were pretty good equipment but I have heard from some other around here that their durability is questionable. How do you feel about them, have you had any problems with them?

Lol sorry I forgot the last part. I ran indoor 60 meters and outdoor 100 and occasional 200. Centrifigal force just killed me in the 200 curve not to mention my football genetics didnt help.

Oh Track is light years ahead of football in the S&C industry. Just ask charlie francis, the ben johnson's old coach.

Yep. I'm the S&C coach for football, hoop, and track. I'm not a hooper but I do work for a former nba player so I gotta be up to speed lol. Yeah playing football and running track beyond high school helps me relate to the kids much more. How about you? Where did you play?

Hey coach, quick question, where did you get the battling ropes? Have you found a cheap place to get them?

Going pretty well. Just moved to Raleigh, NC. I took a job at North Raleigh Chrisitan Academy as the athletic trainer. How are things in Monroe?
