Daniel, the team is looking good late in the season. Nice job on your part.

Are you going to ever get that trap bar you left back at UNCP? I will be gracious enough to pick it up for you and hold on to it for a while... Hint, Hint!

I'm working with about 100 athletes at school and a couple in the evening right now. I will be working full time at Village next year and I expect to have 15 - 20 kids at both summer speed & strength camps. That 5/3/1 hybrid system I implemented at school is working great. Everyone of the village athletes have made at least 100 lbs max gains on leg exercises and about 50 lbs gains on the upper body exercises. One athlete jumped from a 350 lbs dead lift to a 500 lbs max. Thanks for the shout out about the website, I've been working hard on it. How are things with you?

Roose, I appreciate the words! Couldn't have asked for a great opportunity. I've always heard, "The harder you work, the luckier you get." I'll stick to that motto and see where it leads me next! Lets stay in touch.
