•Lead developer for pilot athletic performance program- Meyer Fitness Sports Performance (MFSP). Small group strength and conditioning program designed for aspiring college athletes (ages 10-18).
•Lead, organize, and facilitate team workouts ranging from 2-10 athletes.
•Barbell Club Lead Coach and program developer (USAW-registered affiliate club).
•Breakdown, demonstrate, and provide corrective sport-specific techniques of all aspects of strength and conditioning exercises, specifically, Olympic lifts.
•Comprehensive theoretical knowledge required to assess/screen various athletic qualities including performance testing and anthropometric measurements.
