Thanks David for a great site. It's a fantastic thing to have a central place for strength coaches of all varieties to congregate and keep each other up to date on the current state of the game.

I'm an Olympic Weigthtlifting coach primarily, but I also strength-coach a lot of kids who play football, baseball, and club sports. I'm always on the lookout for advice on training, nutrition, etc from other coaches who have different experience bases. You can never stop learning, and learning from each other is one of the best ways do it.

      Thanks again.

Thanks for the add. I am currently an Assistant S&C Coach at ECU looking for a different Assistant position. From looking at your website I have had the experience of viewing a wide variety of programs around the country. Again thanks.

Basically I have taken all of my training in strength & conditioning, corporate fitness, personally training...etc and formed a company that focuses on training as a lifestyle no matter if your a athlete or a regular person trying to get in shape.

Thats a good looking football field in the backround of your picture!

I think one of the things that we hate to think about, but is needed, is facility & equipment upgrades. We are an olympic based program and are primarily on the platforms, but recruiting and advancments require us to purchase new toys. It is a lot easier to say to my AD, I need this piece of equipment and it cost x amout of money, he then says why, and who else has it. If you guys did a virtual tour, or even just photos of different facilities I could say we need these things, because TCU has them, or a top 25 team has them. Makes life a little easier for us if we have something to compare to.
      Just a thought.
I think the site is great though

Things are well, just going to take some time to get the old bad habbits out of there system (Juniors & Seniors). Both on the field and in with me.
      How are things with you?

hilarious... I was amazed at how much weight Mike lost last year during tree-selling season... maybe I ought to do more of that. ;)

How did you get the lowdown on Wake Forest football and their training? I liked that tidbit and went and looked at the link that talked about their strength training philosophy.
