  He is currently with our high A club in port charlotte FL and Im with the triple A in Durham NC, so day to day Im not sure but looking at his stats looks like hes doing alrigtht this point in time, i'll check with our conditioning coach there and see how hes been making out

  Things are going great, man. Loving it here and am back at home near all my family. Just got to get the kids and April here, they'll be in NY untill April or May. My little ones are growing up too fast. Sounds like you are getting it done the Atchley way - more with less. That's great experience for you that will definitely be rewarded in the end.   Good. Married, one son, Jaxon and one on the way... I have not really gotten the chance to get out of here for confrences becasue I am too busy but I will be in Nashville in Jan at the Sports specific conference. how about you?
