  Hey Coach,

   

  Just wanted to check in and see what your guys' thoughts werer on the spring game this weekend?  I am hoping to get over there and watch a summer workout or two this year as well.  Hope everything is going good for you and the rest of your guys' staff at Iowa.

  Goin well bud. Just finished the season on Saturday, and we will start off-season training on Monday! I'm excited now that I have most of my guys on the same page, and they have been making gains thru out season for the most part, so now things should really take off. Plus, will be able to do a lot more and start doing some competitions... How are things on your end?
