Hey Eric! I am currently still at GCU, at least for one more semester and I am loving it. The coaches here have an awesome system for developing both athletes and coaches. I feel privlaged to be apart of such a program and am learning a ton.
Saw your post on 24-7. Yep we lift in season 4 days a week. Saturdays we lift but a different purpose on that day. Our kids will gain some strength during the season. Want to make sure they stay healthy though.
Just plugging along, one athlete at a time. Where you at now?
