• Train NFL athletes preparing for mini camps and training camps
• Speed and strength training for college and high school athletes in football, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, and hockey, swimming, and track and field, off and in-season
• Train high school and college athletes for invitation-only combines throughout the country
• Design specific training and development programs for all athletes, including:
o Measurable increases in overall speed, strength, and power production
o Focus on weight management for individual athletes, as needed for performance
o Focus on sports specific movements to develop speed and power within the athlete’s production
• Administer ankle mobility, ACL, and shoulder pre-habilitation and preventive protocols with focus on returning the athlete to competition
• Off-ice Speed and Strength Training Coach for Jr. Nashville Predators and Elite Thunder Hockey Programs
o 18U Thunder Hockey Team ranked 3rd in the nation for 2012, 2nd 2013, and currently mid 3rd for 2014
• Train personal athletes in strength and conditioning in both individual and group settings for overall fitness goals and endurance racing – Triathlons, Cycling, Swimming, and Running
• Oversee daily operations
• Handle all seasonal and/or quarterly marketing and advertising
