  Great weightroom Jason.  In-ground platforms are great.  Nice squat cleans, how long did it take your guys to pick up on the technique?

  We have a modest 3000 sq. ft. room. 7 double sided power racks. It is cozy but comfortable for 3 groups throughout the day. Facilities are for recruiting though. I would work in a bathroom and we would still train harder and faster than alot of other teams. Next June I am going to be in Boston for a few days. I would love to come by and see a summer workout.

  Jason: Good to hear from you. Coach Shinnick is great. That usually happens when you finish 9-1 though. We had a great season. Everyone is really excited about the football program right now. He always speaks very highly of you. How are things at BC?
