Great effort and good "stuff" should be recognized. Teaching the HS athlete is a whole "nother" game. Maturity and emotional issues.....you've done a great job!! You're really good.....or or you have a roomful of great athletes. LOL.... maybe a little of both....but your work from an educated eye is impressive.

Looking forward to someday meeting you.

      Jeremy,

This is Josh Bullock. I think that we played football together at UR. I was a Defensive Back. Anyway, I am now the S&C coach there and we have at least 1 of your former student-athletes who is on our volleyball squad. I just wanted to say hi and reconnect.

Hey Jeremy thanks for the friend request. I took a look at the image of your athletes and yourself and could not help but to notice the passion displayed by all. I am a personal train here in Toronto but I also work with many youths that play both football and hockey. Along with solid training/coaching principles I find that kids love to have a coach or mentor that they can sense passion from (it's contagious).

      Talk soon

Thanks Jeremy for the info on the Sorinex straps. The TRX units are just too expensive to outfit the weight room with and I've been looking for an alternative.
