Thanks Joe! If you ever want to come down to Wake Forest and check out the new weight room let me know and I'll talk to Coach Reeve!

Joe, training is going really well. I got out of college S & C eight years ago, and I've been running a private training center outside of Detroit since then. We're about to open a second facility, so things are going well. Is your picture taken at Synergy?

It seems that everyone knows Tommy. I know Tommy very well. His wife Michelle is my former sister-in-law. When you see him again tell him I said hello. He use to take me to O's for their wings and big gulp sodas. Small world.

I would love to take credit for the warm-ups, but it is actually warm-up made by the head strength coach. I just lead the warm-up if he has another time commitment with another team. I would add a couple exercises that I have learned, but I don't want to confuse the players or prolong the start of practice explaining how to perform each warm-up. The sessions start off with some static stretching with bands, and then progresses to a static / dynamic warm up (quad grabs, high knee pulls, etc.), then strictly dynamic (glute kicks, carioca, build up sprint, etc.). By the way, I have been checking out your articles on the Synergy Athletics website, great stuff! I commented on the one about teaching Olympic lifts awhile ago. I really enjoyed that one.
