Justin P. Frandson, a 1994 graduate of the University of Southern California, holds a Bachelors of Science degree, Entrepreneur program and studied Exercise Science. From 2001 to present, he is the Owner and President of Athleticism and www.athleticism.com and a national Athleticism Performance Coach (APC). He uses Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT) and the Gonzalez Muscle Reset Technique (GMRT) when working with individuals.
Starting in 1996, he studied under world-renowned strength and athletic development expert, Dean Brittenham. Throughout his over 18 years in the Sports Performance field, he has also held numerous national credentials in Functional Fitness, Advanced Training, Active Isolated Stretching (The Aaron Mattes Method), Olympic Lifting, USA Track and Field Coach, IKFF Kettlebell Training, Applied Kinesiology and PRRT. In 2009, Justin was invited to be part of the www.surfline.com Health and Fitness team. He is also a 2010-11 sanctioned PGA Trainer.
Backed by industry professionals, Athleticism launched their fully automated on-line certification program, teaching industry professionals to become an APC. He has licensed and implemented the Athleticism programs into multiple locations. He also trains and consults numerous amateur and professional athletes and teams in most major sports. He also hosts seminars educating other trainers, doctors, physical therapists, coaches, parents and athletes on many relevant topics. Justin was featured in the documentary movie, Vitality.
Studying Exercise Science at USC, Justin has had a passion for continuing learning and prides himself on the list of professional mentors that he has extensively studied under. Currently located out of Newport Beach, CA, Coaching Performance with individuals and teams is Justin's gift and passion. He also does corporate performance training and business consulting on go to market strategies for products in the active lifestyle space.
