I was also wondering, what do you do for a conditioning test for the volleyball team. I want to do something simple. I was thinking about just doing 300 yard shuttles. Let me know your thoughts.

Great to hear from! I'm hanging in there. I'm still adjusting to the Div.III and St. Mary's College rules and the VOLUNTARY Workouts for the off season teams. It's starting to wind down a little and I hope to find another job to supplement this one.
