  Not sure about baseball, but John Krasinski (coachk@theanvilathletics.com) was CAL's head Football Strength Coach for 8-9 years. Tell him I recommended him.

  That's a great facility Mark! Way to go. I'll have to post some photos of our racquetball court so you can see how the other half lives (and trains).

  Rufus is a stud........put out to pasture. If you travel the backroads on the southside of Indy, you can see him grazing on BBQ ribs.
