  I'm not really sure. I haven't heard but I wouldn't be surprised if he did. If he did I'm sure he's not crying over any spilled milk. He got a pretty nice pay day! This 12-game  losing streak  that the M's are on is not a good testament to the" beautiful rotational athletes" Elliot created either!

  I've been reading your book "Advances in Functional Training". As a young CSCS and CPT it has been incredibly insightful... I'm thankful for coaches like you with loads of experience and a wealth of knowledge who are willing to share it with younger guys like me.

  How's it like...out on the road. Been working with some of the hockey kids working out at your place in Andover. We seem to be getting lots of lower abdominal strains...any ideas> I look forward to meeting up with you some time soon.

  Yes, summer is busy. I'm working with a whole lot of athletes with injuries caused by poor or inappropriate training, and so many kids going to those combines and
