Mike - I am a big fan of your Flyers (mainly because I was Luke Fab. strength coach and basketball coach in high school, glad to see he's doing well and he speaks extremely high of you and what you do.) Question. How can I help develop a coach that doesn't buy into the same training philosophy as Mike Curtis just showed us? All he believes in is BFS (heavy lifting..) any help is much appreciated.

Hey Mike, how's it going? Quick question...your Certified Sport Performance Nutritionist certification...who is that through? Are there different kinds? If you have some info on that, I'd love for you to share... Thanks!

Hey coach I was at the clinic at the U of D Mercy about a month ago. I really enjoyed your presentation. I'm starting to work with more basketball athletes up here cause 1 flint is known as hoop central (even though I'm a football an track athlete) plus working for a former NBA player you tend to work with all hoop guys. LOl. But I was wondering if I could drop you a email soon to maybe pick your brain for a question or 2. Thanks again for the imformative clinic you gave.
