  Coach Srock,

  I don't know if you remember me or not but I am the intern from Wake Forest that came down to watch a football workout last spring.  I'm currently a Grad Assistant at Gardner-Webb and our staff is attending the Wofford Strength Clinic in February and I saw you will be speaking.  I just wanted to let you know I am looking forward to hearing your presentation and congratulate you on another great football season down there.  We have a couple of your guys here at Gardner-Webb and you can tell they have been well coached.

  I been choosing to work the University of Texas Longhorns Sports Camps: Men's Speed and Explosive Power Camp (Strength and Conditioning). I will be teaching Olympic weight training, form running, sprint training, vertical jump improvement, proper weight training techniques, and speed improvement.

  We playing North Gwinnett again but this time in the GA Dome. Last time we played in AL in 07 the score was PHS 38- NGHS 0. We are 2006, 2007 and 2008 Alabama 6A state champion. We finished 2007 ranked #2 in the USA Today. In 06 we beat Hoover High school as they tried to take home their fifth straight State Championship from MTV Two-A-Days. Checkout the clips from MTV.

  Since you been at Byrnes they have a nation powerhouse football team. I played on Gaffney '92 state championship and when I was in school they wasn't a team to talk about. Where did you get your start and what made you want to get into the field?

  My name is Bruce DeWalt. I graduated from Tuskegee University in 2004 with a Mechanical Engineering degree. My experiences consist of playing football for Gaffney High in SC, North Greenville Jr College in SC and finished at Tuskegee University in AL. I played linebacker throughout my football career. I'm interning at Alabama State University and volunteering at 3 time Alabama 6A State Champion Prattville High School in Prattville, AL. During the summer I conduct a Speed camps for college and guys getting ready for the college level.
  
  I have my certification through the National Association of Speed and Explosion (CSSE) and CPR/AED. I'm working toward my certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I see how you have turn Byrens programs around. I want to come back to SC. Is their a website I can post my resume?
