-Design and administer off season, preseason, and in season strength and conditioning programs -Supervise strength training programs to ensure proper techniques -Test and monitor progress of athletes in speed, agility and strength -Schedule and plan weight room facility usage for 19 varsity teams and 40 club teams -Recruited and mentored student interns from various schools -Hire, trained and supervised student employees -Purchased equipment and maintained department budget -Train athletes in Olympic style lifts, power lifts, sports specific training, speed techniques, flexibility exercises, and balance/coordination/movements -Specific sports: Baseball, Men’s & Women’s Track and Field, Women’s Swimming & Diving, Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Volleyball, Football, Men’s & Women’s Rowing and Women’s Basketball -Designed a computer program in Microsoft Office to track and individualize workout cards for all varsity athletes, based on sports needs and injury prevention. -Conducted Functional Movement Screens with athletes and prescribed corrective exercises.

LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF , I CAME TO THIS HIGH SCHOOL LITTLE OVER 3 YEARS AGO.
HAD ONE OF THE WORST FOOTBALL WIN LOST RECORDS IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA IN 3A. IN N.C. THEY ARE 4 CLASSES IN OUR STATE. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE THE LAST TWO YEARS, THIS YEAR WE FINALLY BROKE THROUGH, WE MADE SCHOOL HISTORY IN A LOT OF WAYS. WE BEAT SOME TEAMS WE HAD NOT BEAT IN 20 YEARS. CHANGING ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC, AND WEIGHT ROOM DID THIS FOR US.
