Current Job Description

At the present moment I'm the owner and director of DNA Sports Performance Ltd, who provide S&C support to organisations across the UK. We are predominately based in the North West (Manchester) and work closely with the Univeristy of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University providing all the S&C support services. I personally also hold the role of North West S&C lead for the UK Sport program called the talented athlete scholarship scheme (TASS) which services various Olympic athletes.

Past Job Experience

My coaching career so far has encompassed a wide range of disciplines and levels ranging from elite professionals to young aspiring athletes. In terms of team sports, I have been intimately involved in a number of sports however rugby union has dominated. During my career so far I have provided S&C support to numerous top amateur and semi-professional sides in the UK. In the professional ranks I have fulfilled the role of academy S&C coach for Sale Sharks, S&C coach for the WRU in North Wales & U20 S&C for RFUW. I also have worked with GB Water Polo for a number of years, and I was lucky enough to be involved in helping the senior GB Women’s squad win the European Nations Trophy in 2009.
