  Rob, Thanks I am excited to be here its a great opportunity to be here at Dartmouth. Its nice being back near family so I know what you mean. Right now I do not have any assistant positions open. I have two assistants that work for me right now. If anything changes I will let you know. Hope everything is going well for you guys at Norcross. I do miss the weather lol.

  Thanks Coach - our guys go through an extensive orientation process when they join us in July and get taught over a 6-8 week process - Casey Kramer (now with 10th SFG in Colorado Springs) and Anthony Crosby did an outstanding job with teaching the incoming freshman - some guys pick it up quick others take a while - Luke Kuechly has been with us for 2 years and he still struggles a little on the cleans, doesn't fire under the bar like he should, still drops under the bar pretty slow - WIll is a sr who is probably our best lifter, picked up the tech really fast
