Hi Coach Ron, I am hosting a live, on-line human performance summit called, Go Beyond Summit. It is free and thought you would enjoy hearing from our 30 industry experts, doctors, coaches and athletes speaking about going beyond.
Really appreciate the time and effort you have put in on your page and our profession. It has been really useful especially for a recent college graduate such as myself. I will certainly continue to watch. Thanks Coach Mckeefery.
Just finished listening to your podcast with Coach Jennings and wanted to thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for this profession. KEEP ON GRINDING.
Thank you for connecting Ron! I really appreciate you providing all the resources. I am a religious listener to your Iron Game Chalk Talk podcast. As a young strength and conditioning coach the more information I can absorb the better especially from the knowledgeable coaches you are connected with. This is a great network to be a part of. And thank you again for connecting and providing me with great resources.
Thank you for reaching out to me so quickly! I will surely look forward to having conversations with you when in need of advice (I truly enjoy hearing many perspectives from experienced strength coaches). In fact, I already do have one question, if you'd be willing to entertain it.
At my place of employment, I have been hired on since recently graduating from The University of Akron with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, being an ACE-CPT, and having internship experience with both Akron Children's Hospital's Sports Medicine department and The University of Akron's Strength and Conditioning staff. Essentially, I work at a sports complex that has the shell of a sports performance program in existence which has had no one qualified to run it over the past couple of years until I came along. We're in the middle of putting together our summer camps and I am looking to put together "Sports Performance Training for (insert name of sport here) Camps". These programs will be 4-days, 1-hour of sports performance education (assessments, technique through SAQ drills, strength exercises that are easy to do, etc.) and 1-hour of time spent with more sport specific activities (home run derby, flag football, etc.) Are there any specific activities/exercises/educational pieces that you think would be important for us to include in these camps? At this point, I am trying to make sure that I have all of my bases covered in order to try and create a large interest in these camps that will help to revive this program.
Any advice that you may be able to provide from your experience would be truly invaluable and I would greatly appreciate it! Otherwise, I'm sure that we will have discussion in the future.

Coach,
thanks for reaching out VIA SPN. Your basic training course has been amazing thus far and the community that is being created is fantastic.
Looking forward to continuing to grow there.
