      Job well done on the vert FAQ webinar, I love jump training and the information resounded with what I have been able to learn at this early point in my career while still providing new info & ideas.   I've always felt jumping and throwing is extremely athletic by nature and is a very enjoyable way to train in conjuncation with weights and other means
