      Steve,

That's awesome!! Glad to hear things are going well on your end, good luck with down in Miami.

Everythings going pretty well on my end, just finished up school at milwaukee and am helping out for the summer across town at Marquette.  Feel like I'm learning and growing a lot as a strength coach!

Have you been using triphasic lately.  If so would love to chat about it and see how you've been doing it!

      Coach Steve Felde

Thank you for adding me, I will be looking forward to speaking with you about strength & conditioning to further knowledge.

I am highly motivated to do well in the strength & conditioning profession and look to contribute to the progress in the strength and conditioning field that it's making. I am highly motivated to learn as much knowledge as possible, because I want to be very successful in this profession.

I am interning at Kansas University Jayhawks Strength & Conditioning. To give a background on collegiate athletic experience, also listed on my profile, I was a collegiate athlete at UMD for my freshman and sophomore year on the UMD Track & Field Team. I was a 55meter dash - 400meter dash sprinter, 4x200m dash relay and 4x400m dash relay, long jumper, and high jumper. After my Sophomore year I transferred down to the University of Minnesota for my Junior year and took the year off. I will be finishing my last year of undergraduate school at the University of Minnesota.

Do you have any advice to recommend on philosophy or any further knowledge in the strength & conditioning profession?

      Thank you

      Steve,

Please accept my apologies for getting back to you late. It's been crazy trying to finish up the last week of classes. Exams are next week and pretty much any day is good to talk. Sorry again!

I don't mind. However, we have a new head S & C coach and I'm still learning his system. So, I can only tell you what we've done in the past in regards to FB. I'm pretty much open the rest of the week until Friday. If I can figure out how to get your email from this site, I'll email my cell # to you.

NICE! 8 inches of snow! Been a while since I have experienced that. Will be gone for a conference starting the 11th and will be back in the office on the 22nd. So sometime after that would be good.
